WHAT IS THE ECO4 SCHEME?

If you are a homeowner or private tenant in the UK who uses non-condensing boilers, back boilers, oil boilers, LPG, or electric heating you may qualify for the government-backed ECO4 grant.

Eligibility is based on you or any member of your household receiving benefits such as:

Benefits

What if I don't receive benefits?

The Government’s ECO4 program includes an addition for Local Authorities called LA Flex. This means that more people meet the criteria for free boiler and insulation grants.
The following are a few of the requirements
Low income households

If your household's combined annual income is £30,000 or less.

Vulnerable to a cold household

If you are at least 70 years old, Pregnant, or you have a kid under the age of five

Health conditions

If you have a medical issue that is made worse by living in a cold house.
